I have been a psychotherapist for 15 years and have worked with a variety of adult populations, including young adults, those navigating mid-life transitions, and those wanting to have greater ease in older adulthood. I really enjoy working with people who explore and heal the issues underlying symptoms such as anxiety, depression, or difficulties in relationships with others.
